The West has not been able to hold peace or respect treaties for the last 30 years. Asking the legality questions is important for the Russian intellectuals (Mr. Putin included), but the issues will have to be decided in the battlefield. As time goes by, I hope the Russian planners get more time to spend on the pacification stage. The Malaysian counterinsurgency lasted 30+ years (depending on how you count the beginning and the end). Russians cannot afford to repeat the mistakes of Stalin and Khrushchev made w.r.t. the Banderite.

The issue is moot because the "peace process" is already transitioning back to chaos because feckless Trump refuses to lead. He had a small window in which neocons seemed to be on the back foot, but the window shut again. Mr Putin and team should just re-focus on the battlefield and forget about the reality show president and the European clowns.

Putin has already lost on the battlefield…his only hope is manipulating Trump to end lethal aid to Ukraine.

Yes, it's true, the front appears to appears to be slowly moving in reverse back toward Russia, lol.

Andrew's influence seems to have grown sufficiently that he now attracts bots...

The territory is worthless…Russia is losing population and it’s the largest country on earth territory wise. 😆

Okay, let's take your idea seriously that Putin has lost something by being drawn into this war.

From appearances visible to me, Putin has created a buffer zone at least in Ukr, albeit a new one (unarmed for war as yet) has opened up in Finland, he has established deterrence in demonstrating battlefield prowess and determination to resist western aggression, he has chewed up the most significant fighting force in Europe, his alliances with China and Iran have been strengthened at least for now, he has demonstrated the ability to survive sanctions without crashing his economy, and he has established the most significant MIC capability on the planet.

In total, Putin has obviously told the US to go F itself and proved that there are states willing and able to shove back on US global primacy.

In destroying the US's claim to the unipolar world, at least for now anyway, it sure looks like a Russian win to me. So, go ahead, and make your case that Putin lost.

And, one other thing, in ramping up global nuclear tensions throughout this adventure, which I'd be more than happy to elucidate for you, the west has demonstrated *conclusively* its moral bankruptcy, which appears to me a major loss for a country that its citizens once believed a force for good.

When you have me, a red-blooded American, who loves his country, looking at the totality of the circumstances and arguing alongside Russian's that the west is morally bankrupt, you have f ing lost the war.

Europe was fine sending Russia billions of euros for their natural gas…nobody wanted to invade Russia!! If you listen to Putin the “threat” the West poses to Russia is making Ukrainians more like Westerners than Russians!! Putin considers Westernizing the Ukrainian people as tantamount to a WMD dropped on Ukraine. The territory is worthless…the Ukrainian hearts and minds is what Putin wants and like all power hungry narcissists he is fine with burning everything down if he can’t get his way.

If you're American, you are ignorant of neocons and their many projects

If you're European, you really need to find a VPN service that enables you to see what your stupid so-called leaders are actually saying.

Putin must never, ever trust the West, which belongs totally to Rothschild and this dynasty has hated Russia for 200 years for refusing to borrow a dime from them. Also his gang wants to resume the pillaging of Russia's gigantic assets that was so juicy during the early Bolshevik period and again in the 1990s. The treachery of the West is the treachery of the Talmud. And so I am glad the "European leaders" all came for one reason -- their "multiculti" aspect put the lie to this outdated talk of "Anglo-Saxon" domination. Macron, Meloni, Stubb, von der Leyen, and Merz are not Anglo-Saxons! Nor was Barack Hussein Obama!

I love the jackasses who constantly troll Trump like he’s done something nefarious or nothing at all. He has the globalists on their heels. Every major European leader was just in Washington at the drop of a hat and received no invitation mind you as they are worried like hens looking at wolves outside their fence. Trump and Putin only know what they talked about and I’m guessing the one topic that came up was the frozen Russian assets around Europe. This amount comes to about 350 billion dollars. Most is in Brussels. 87 billion was in France and Macron helped himself to most of it leaving around 26 billion left. Britain also has a chunk too. If Putin uses those funds a leverage to end the war and wishes it invested in the US France is fucked. Britain might just collapse and the new US-Russia detente is formed. That money would need to be paid immediately to the US on Russia’s behalf and it would just about be a death knell for the globalists. It sure looked like they were all real concerned over this. How else do you explain that every major leader of Europe and the EU was able to get to DC in a minutes notice with no invitation from Trump? That’s your story. Zelensky is going to give up whatever he needs to give up to end this war. He will get paid off to walk into the sunset and leave as president. Russia gets its land that it wants. This wasn’t on Fox News or any other publication. Trump and Putin laugh their asses off. Game fucking over.

The US is replacing old debt with new Bit-bonds. It’s genius and created by Bessent. If you thought the Soros Bank of England trade was big and the bank of Japan run ( both created by Bessent) this will top them all. What it also will do is guarantee the US’s world financial dominance for the next 50+ years.

Problem is that if the SPECIAL OPERATION is halted by Mr Putin, and concessions are implemented on cession of Russian claimed territory to Ukrainian jurisdiction, there is no guarantee that the Kiev regime, which has become a defacto mascot for EU overlordship, will not exact vengeance on the pro-Russian populace of those regions. A Kiev regime which has no qualms about hounding and apprehending Ukrainian citizens from the streets for forced conscription and setting some ablaze with gas torches as exemplary extrajudicial punishment for defiance, cannot be trusted with any assurances of sparing the pro-Russian populace in the event of Russia formally relinquishing its claims to the provinces inhabited by the latter. During the Gulf War, Polish GROM special forces and British Royal Marines had extrajudicially executed hundreds of "politically inconvenient" Iraqi Arabs in occupied Safwan and Um Qasr port towns in a combing-sanitisation operation which had been aimed at eliminating individuals deemed capable (in a special risk-profiling intelligence operation) of brewing popular discontent sufficient to jeoparsise Allied Plans to annex those two towns to Kuwait. After the so-called liberation of Kuwait from Iraqi control, the despotic Emir of Kuwait ordered hundreds of Kuwaitis to be hanged after shadow trials on suspicions of alleged "collaboration" with Iraq. This "collaboration" could include acts such as the disbursement of salaries to expatriate medical staffers by the hospital director during the tenure of Iraqi occupation.

The Shah of Iran had planned to flush out pro-Russian elements from territory ceded by the Soviet Union to Iranian sovereign jurisdiction from out of the boundaries of the Turkmen SSR by executing them on charges of being closet communists during the transfer of Firoza Town from Iran to the Turkmen SSR. A clear precedent had existed in the form of the hangings of alleged Tudeh communist party apparatchiks by Iranian police after the withdrawal of Stalin's Red Army from South Azerbaijan, which had emboldened the Shah to repeat the strategy. The Shah changed his mind when warned of the risk of nuclear war by his mentor the USA.

American lackey Saudi Arabia executed a Shia cleric named Sheikh Nimr Al Namr, who was highly critical of Iran as well, not on charges of active collusion with Iran, but on charges of "treason" predicated on the coincidental concord between some of the criticisms levelled by him against the Saudi government and those voiced independently by Iran. Under Saudi Law, any adverse appraisal of Saudi monarchy, society or jurisprudence is officially deemed an affrontery to Islam as well as an act of "terrorism" punishable by death, even if it be carried out by a foreigner on foreign soil. There is no cap on the absurd limits to which EU lackeys can stoop in Ukraine for cooking up false and untenable alibi for justifying the Kiev regime's vengeful retribution on persons who have declared themselves Russian during referenda or otherwise. That phase of witch hunt can unfold very soon after Mr Putin relinquishes his claims.

We'll probably hear more details about the US-EU/NATO and US-RF talks in a few days, couple of weeks latest. Alex Krainer has opined that there might be a US-RF on Ukraine and the outstanding discussion is on the future of sanctions & Russian frozen assets. With respect to the latter he suggests that these will probably be taken out of the French/Belgian/UK/Swiss fridge and transferred to the US with Russian consent.

I remember spring 2022 when Russians and Ukrainians talked about peace in Turkey.

When one learned the russian concessions, I remember that all AMC was shared between those( Escobar bunch) who think it was an hoax, shouting it was a western manipulation and those ( Strelkov gang)who said it was true and were absolutely furious of this "treason".

I've read nor heard nobody explaining quietly that those cheap russian requirements for peace were a great victory for Russia, absolutely nobody. Hundreds thousands russian deaths and wounded for so few? All that for that?

Months later, we learned it was absolutely true.

The great invincible great 5D chess master Poutine, was ready to low Russia's requirements at this low level.

I heard nor read absolutely nothing about that once everybody knew the true reality

What I mean?

Russia is alone. You can't say that the big fat Indian, chinese or Brazilian turkeys are allied.

Indians sucks russian blood and the chinese spider wait that Russia be weak and lonely enough to swallow it.

I think that Poutine will do what he think the best for Russians and Russia considering the cards in his hand.

No one is held to impossible.

Douma and constitutional council will follow .

Thanks. I edited your judicious remarks into better English.

I remember the spring of 2022, when Russians and Ukrainians talked peace in Turkey.

When one learned of the huge Russian concessions, I remember that the Pepe Escobar bunch thought the story of these concessions was disinfo, shouting it was a western manipulation -- and there were those of the Strelkov gang who said, No, it was true, and they were absolutely furious over this "treason".

I've neither read nor heard anyone say calmly that those minor Russian requirements for peace were a great victory for Russia, absolutely nobody.

Now we have had hundreds of thousands of Russian deaths and wounded men, and for so little? All that for that pittance?

Months later, we learned the concessions Putin offered at Istanbul in 2022 were absolutely true. The great, invincible, 5D chess-master Putin was ready to lower Russia's requirements to this low level.

Russia must realize that it is alone.

You can't say that the big, fat Indian, Chinese or Brazilian turkeys are our real allies. Indians suck Russian blood, and the Chinese spider waits for Russia to become weak and isolated enough to swallow it.

I do think that Putin will do what he thinks the best for Russians and for Russia, considering the cards he holds in his hand. No one is held to achieve the impossible.

In any case, the Duma [Russian Parliament] and the Constitutional Council will follow carefully Putin's negotiations.
