Sounds like China would do well to “unload” the Cambodian account to someone like Russia, who’s less exposed to Thailand.

China never voluntarily cedes business opportunities or even shares them (Russians who I've talked to before said that it's practically impossible to enter into joint ventures with Chinese in third countries), and Russia also has close and growing ties with Thailand too.

US arms Israeli and Saudi Arabia and holds them both under her influence through the resulting tension - so a 'military diplomacy'. As per 'the American policy of only arming one side' - I note that in US regime change (colour revolution) operations she often supports a minority against the majority in order to destabilize the government she wants to overthrow. America does it all. :)

It's not the Saudis. It's the Turks with whom Israel has a lot of tension. In addition to promoting Islamistic movements everywhere (remember Kashoggi?), the Turks are also trying to play off Americans versus the Chinese.

I think America is pissed off becauseChina is dominating the arms sale market in this part of South East Asia.
