Ukraine is not going to do anything on its own.

That said, the Americans have a practice of sucker-punching under the guise of negotiations.

So in essence, Kuleba and Zelensky are suggesting a preemptive attack, which it seems to be they deplored when on the receiving end of one. Ironic. The hard fact is that they would be attacking Belarus for simply being a Russian ally, even if not (yet) a direct participant in the war.

Interestingly, however, all of the seeming preparations you list above serve as an excellent way for Belarus to assist Russia by tying down Ukrainian forces, without the need to actually attack or do any fighting.

they feel they are winning and start to prepare the ground for punishing belarus.

which is only right.

belarus should have stay neutral, now they are not a part of conflict to be included in the peace negotiations but otoh they let russ to attack from their territory.

i predict heavy sanctions for belarus, sanctions to the point that they will be totally isolated and a de facto russ client(which is mostly how they live now). or rainbow revolutions.

luka was stupid, should have kept his distance or go full in.

Kueba knows that Ukraine got itself into a mess. Byelorus is on the border with western Ukraine where the most anti Russians live, the Galicians & Banderas. This is where it is best for the Russians to attack and hit the bad guys. This area amounts to about 15 to 20% of the population and area of Ukraine. This is also where the SS Galician division which collaborasted with Nazi Germany was formes.d

Belarus attack Ukraine ???

They lack the manpower.

But if Russia went through Belarus, to attack Ukraine, that would be very interesting.

Russia should have used that border long ago.

They did, starting in February 2022. Russia staged part of its invasion from Belarus, for the shortest possible land route to Kiev. That turned out well.

Russian missile launchers also fire at Ukrainian targets from Belarus (on and off).

Russia did so briefly, and yes, the initial invasion was poorly planned. Since the Istanbul Fiasco, Russia has no done so.

Okay. Russia moved nuclear-tipped Iskanders into Belarus. Seems like an "existential threat" to Poland. Guess they should invade Belarus.

I am not sure what you are trying to say here, but rest assured that Poland would invade if they thought they could get away with it.
