Sure it would be great .

However, if USA has the power to force Turkey to do that and have the will to do that, why haven't already done that?

It's USA which allow, and even push Turkey everywhere, in Syria, in Caucasus, in central Asia, to harass and defy Russia.

Seing and analysing the last ten years of Russian-Turkey relation, and USA-Russia chess game, with the turkish "knight", USA pulled off a true masterstroke.

Make believe that Turkey was angry against USA an that Turkey could be switched off US submission while increasing the pression in Black Sea and forcing Russia to stand by Turkey for finally unveil the true Turkish game has been more than brillant.

At least, it's "check".

Even perhaps the "checkmate" which will force Russia to accept big part of US condition.

With the turkish stroke, Russia has no more initiative.

So, if USA, after all this work and this huge success has the means and the will to stop it the question is: what is the price that Russia has to pay for it?

The US has no business managing Turkish-Russian "tensions" in the South Caucasus (since those tensions are more the result of US shenanigans, CIA activity and US NGOs interference). Vlad needs his (Russias') own version of the Monroe Doctrine. . . i.e. US, NATO and EU hands off, in or about, Russias' area of strategic interest, or else!

Darras's avatar

What retaliation?

Russia, except military has actually 0 tool of pression against West.

If the plan of West to ruin and isolate Russia has, for now, failed, the plan of Russia to attack the dollar and launch economic disasters in Europe has failed to.

The pain dial of Russia to make west suffering is turning idle.

Acting military directly against West is not an option. If it was, for a long time now Russia already would have used it.

Mediocrates's avatar

Washington is trying to extend its 1823 Monroe Doctrine to the South Caucasus, Black Sea and Caspian Sea "Stans". Thereby lies the problem.

" Building upon the above, the US should also promise not to export military-technical equipment to Russia’s CSTO allies nor authorize the re-export of such by Turkiye or whoever else "

Shouldn't Russia be more concerned about why its CSTO "allies" would want that equipment in the first place ?

If Turkey misbahaves ,Russia can mess in Turkey itself. There is a Kurd "minority" in southeast Turkey that is 20% of the populatton of Turkey. Bordering are Iran, Iraq and Syria with Kurds along their borders. The USA can get these countries to stir up these people to become anti Turkey. Turkey has been at war with Russia and lost. Russia has already informed England of the 20 + cities it has in their target . Russia can do the same with Turkey. Russia has NUKES. Case closed.

IronK's avatar

The Kurds are not a minority in Turkey, and they are not 20%, it is more like 30%. There are about 30 million Kurds living in Turkey.

The war between Kurds and Turks has been going on since the end of World War I, when the Ottomans fell.

In order not to get off topic, I will not mention any other information.

The war between Kurds and Turks has stopped about a year ago through diplomatic agreements, according to some sources they have found their common enemy.

The USA incited the Kurds against Saddam in 1990-1991, then Peshmerga soldiers came down from the mountain that borders Turkey and Iran. However, they are Iraqi Kurds, . With the help of the Kurdish people, they took over northern Iraq, then with internal conflicts within the Kurdish parties, Saddam saw his chance and bombed us back, everyone fled, but the USA did not come to the rescue.

The Kurds have learned that lesson, unfortunately the president of the Kurdish autonomous iraq has zionist blood as i mentioned earlier and that means the usa and israel are active in northern iraq.

kurds in turkey have relatives living in armenia, georgia and southern russia around grozjiny.

So inciting kurds against turks is nothing new, it has been going on since 1920.

But this will not happen again, at least not within the next century.

Darras's avatar

Once more, historic mistake: there was not 1 war between Russia and Turkey, there were more than 12 and if Russia won most of times, Turkey however won some times. For example in 1853 in Crimée.

Crimea at one time was oned by Turkey.. No more, Russia took it and became part of the Russian Empire. Have a good holaday season Darras. Walt

Turkey has always been America's favourite cat's paw. Eventhough it is a real possibility that Turkey might turn on the United States in due course after becoming powerful, the oligarchic deep state which runs the show in Pentagon and Capitol Hill is too megalomaniac and arrogant to even envisage such a scenario. For now, that cabal feels confident the western bloc is way too smart and powerful in the economic and military sense to ever let such a spectre come to pass. In fact, if you try to reason with this cabal and impress upon it the threat which Turkey eventually is poised to pose to their power and hegemony, this cabal reckons such well-meaning counsel as a "slight", an understatement and mockery of its fabled power and an affrontery. It is no use reasoning with America on these lines so long as its planners and string-holders remain exceptionally confident of their ability to manipulate Turkey like a pliable handmaiden in their irresistible and insatiable urge to maim, maul and ransack the Russian civilisation in order that American oligarchic syndicate might then savour the opportunity to feast endlessly upon the inexhaustible spoils.

In any case, there are going to be no credible guarantees from the American side even if it promises to address Russian concerns on the neo-Basmachist mischief planned along Russia's southern periphery and in the Caspian and Aral nautical space by American expansionists. What will Russia do if America and Turkey renege and backtrack on assurances made to Russia after once having made significant infrastructural inroads into Central Asia and erected a formidable direct maritime supply line via Turkey, Azerbaijan and the Caspian? Does Russia have any solid allies on which it can count for then "sanctioning" or otherwise imposing collective penalties on Europe and America? One of the best courses of action for Russia would perhaps be to implement a no-hold barred reverse - Monroe doctrine, and one without any compunctions and self-imposed constraints such as keeping reprisals "contained" within a limited geography like the "one hand tied behind ears" strategy currently unfolding in Ukraine. It never pays to play by the rules framed by your opponent when you are fighting a war of survival.

Turkey not only tried to fool Russia by pretending that it wants to ditch the American block, but it has also been fooling dumb Arabs to the effect that it is opposed to Israel's policies whereas in actual fact it is one of Israel's closest strategic and military allies. One of the errands which the CIA has tasked Turkey since decades ago is to get its media outlets to drum propaganda in brains of dumb Arabs saying that it was Russia under Stalin which had created the State of Israel because of "Russian hatred for Muslims". The CIA and Pentagon bank on Turkey's influence in the impressionable Arab Islamic world to eventually be able to jettison an Army of Saracenic jihadis numbering more than ants and cockroaches in the projected impending bi-pronged NATO-Turkish Crusado-jihadist military assault on Russia, which Turkish media feigning Islamophile pretentions has portrayed as the real world mother of all wars fought by believers with infidelity Gog and Magog. The right strategy would be one of carrot and stick, and one geared towards emaciation of Turkey as a power for all that counts. The plot woven by Turkey in cahoots with the United States deep state, of painting Russia as the number one enemy of Islam, should be used liberally and without inhibition against itself, in conjunction with military, political and economic measures meant for dessicating all potential threats from the unpredictable Rogue of the Mediterranean. Zero tolerance for any Turkish footprint on the Caspian Sea. If Turkey in its era of economic partnership with the Soviet Union can muster the audacity to arrest Vladimir Zhirinovsky who was then a steel plant staffer on deputation from the USSR vide an aid package, on grounds of political subversion just because Turkish shenanigans had got offended at the photos of statues of Marc and Lenin which formed the background in some of the lapel pins depicting urban Moscow scenery that had been innocently distributed by Zhinrinovsky as goodwill gesture, there is no moral qualm to stop Russia from imposing an Iron Curtain on Turkey today.

IronK's avatar

You are both right and wrong.

As stevo wrote "new true Turks".

since Turkey got cancer in connection with the revolution, it is difficult to know how much of the boil is left in the country.

However, they are known for their wolf greeting phrase by those who are Zionists. But we do not know how much of Ataturk and Anwar's cancer is left.

The Turkish and Kurdish population would never betray their religion there.

As for stupid Arabs, they exist. But all the Kurds, Arabs, Assyrians that I know and have ever talked about politics, they blame England and Hitler for the emergence of the state of Israel.

I have met many, many Ukrainians and Russians, unfortunately I have to say that the majority of Ukrainians are racists. Russia unfortunately also has it (apologies for that Andrew), especially Russians you meet abroad, they consider themselves a little smarter, prettier, stronger than everyone else, and with prejudices against Muslims regardless of color. Then you have of course Russians who are not like that. Don't get me wrong, I have great respect for Putin, but I have to be honest too.

so the manipulation of stupid Arabs that you mentioned that they inbreed trying to inject into stupid Arabs' minds will not work.

it is more likely that the hatred among Slavic peoples against Muslims remains than that stupid Arabs are manipulated into a false story and start hating Russians.

Pramod's avatar

Thank You for your intelligent elucidation.

When speaking about dumb Arabs, I was alluding to a very powerful segment and lobby of Sheikhs residing in the Peninsula, which wields much influence and power in pan Arab circles simply because of its affluence and support received from America and Europe by virtue of being the latters' proxy.

The parochial, self-centred, racist and sectarian mindset espoused by this segment is epitomised by some very highly placed clerics of Makkah, who have affirmed on record that the only true and pure Muslims in this world are those belonging to the Arab race as it exists in its undiluted pristine form inside the Peninsula. Non Arab Muslims in this doctrine are branded cowards who had submitted before the sword of Islam without having acquired the rectitude and spiritual strength to stay loyal to Islam under duress. Basically this view boils down to the notion that in the eyes of such Arabs, Muslims of Asiatic and African descent are expected to sacrifice their possessions and lives if need be for the greater glory of the artificial political entities situated on the Gulf littoral in the name of obligatory Islamic brotherhood and unity, but at the same time it is foolhardy of Peninsular Arabs to pay anything more than lip service to the deaths, destruction and devastation brought upon non Arabian Muslims by western power centres. In other words, for such Arabs, Islam is simply a expedient tool for perpetration of Gulf Arab imperialism. These self-centred Arab ideologues believe that although it is fine to project Arab influence in Asia under the pretext of Islam, but the moment any European power lays its hand on the chicken's neck soft spot of these Gulf Sheikhdoms as a warning , their conventional wisdom tells them to abandon their non Arab Muslim co-religionists to the dogs and hell with whatever monstrosities Europe might inflict upon them. Such Arabs are vociferous disseminators of the anti-Russia propaganda emanating from Turkey at the instance of the CIA, NATO and EU which specifically puts the onus for all ills plaguing Arabs upon Russia and very specifically proclaim Israel to be a Russian creation. This is the picture which emerges from even a perfunctory perusal of not only Turkish media broadcasts, but also Islamic charity influence peddlers plus their visible appreciation and applause among a wide impressionable audience in Arabia. It is a concerted Euro-Turkish effort to change the incumbent narrative, which has picked great momentum over the last decade. I follow news in 7 languages. Now, whether you or I believe it or not, or like to believe so or not, does not make any difference to the actual state of affairs; so there is absolutely no issue between you and me on this score. It is fine if you do not approve of this behaviour of certain Arabs, and finer still or even perfect if you do approve. So no worries or fear.

Just to point it out, I never said anything about Arabs "inbreeding" or doing incest or anything like that as you seem to be suggesting. On this account you have possibly confused some other gentleman's views with mine.

IronK's avatar

Ok, thanks.

your post is so good that I can reread it several times.

You have quite kind words for those camel riders from the Arabian Peninsula.

Yes you are right, the people there are completely brain dead, a majority of them.

Kuwait which is part of Iraq and Saudi Arabia was created so lobbyists would have a foot in the northern shore of the Persian Gulf.

Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia have to pay a high price from being a protector in that region, especially with Saddam and Khomeini in power. The rulers of these countries are lobbyists.

They have no heart, no morals, no brain. The Saudi government is not Muslim, nor do they belong to the Hashemite nobility, even though Hashemites are shit, at least shit from the Middle Ages and until today. They are beasts.

I can't find any warrior on the peninsula throughout history who has made a big impact like Salahadin who has Kurdish descent and was Muslim.

Should those Arabs be more Muslim than Salahadin?

The Arabs on the peninsula have a devil for a god, while Salahadin had the one true god that we are all children of.

When Saddam was around, none of them dared to open their mouths.

If you ask me what I think of Saddam, both he and his sons have caused great tragedy in Iraq. So Saddam is not my favorite. Now they dare to open their mouths when their lobbying relatives on other continents have cleared out their installed dictatorships so they can freely ravage those Arabs.

No one, I mean really no one in Iraq likes any of those states.

You already know what filth they are here, but if you want to know more about how sick they are, you can travel to Agadir and ask girls there.

Speaking of Morocco, all countries have had their Arab spring, except Morocco, Saudi Arabia and those other camel riders on the peninsula.

They are trying from all sides and angles that may directly or indirectly border Russia to hate Russians. They have been doing this for at least a thousand years, so we will see what this time this disinformation and manipulation they create may result in.

IronK's avatar

I have had to split my answer into two parts.

All the Turks that I know, and I can promise that I know many Turks, they know their history to the letter, there is no exception, all Turks can do it.

even if some like Ataturk because they are stupid, there is one thing that is clear to me.

With their 700-800 year old Ottoman Empire, the Turks laugh at the manipulation that has arisen in Turkey as you say.

I may be slightly influenced but Erdogan is running a game that all of you here assume. But no one knows which side is the true one.

I find it hard to believe that the Turkish people will go for that idea, not because I value Turks highly, I just know that it is highly unlikely.

Pramod's avatar

The question is not one of whether majority of Turks fall for that propaganda or not. The CIA which is deeply entrenched in power echelons in Turkish polity and society thanks to the deep integration of Turkey into NATO which has been the case for half a century, has made Turkey the epicentre for enunciation of very misleading and patently false propaganda directed at brainwashing Arabs in particular and Muslims in general. Powerful Oil Sheikhs double up on and amplify the reach of such propaganda by giving it tacit blessing and facilitation. The aim is not to be fool Turks, but to mislead the whole populace of the larger Arab world, and many Turks are complicit by indifference or commission in this dirty game. Whether this game turns out to be of political advantage to Turkey in the long run or not is an altogether different question; for the present, the situation is enough to justifiably enter Turkey's name in the bad books of the world beyond the middle East. The CIA has made Turkey the base for social-engineering and transmogrifying the entire Arab world and bastardising Arab society by stealth. In Syria, Turkish middlemen wanted to secure permission from the government for shooting of debauched Reality TV serials owned by Dutch Zio-oligarchic syndicates featuring Turkish lead cast in Arabic in which they wanted Arab women to showcase their largely bare bodies before suitors and furthermore wanted the husbands of those women to lament and wail on camera at their own helplessness in preserving the honour of their wives bound into exhibitionism by clauses of contract. In other words, Turkey was complicit in trying to paint Syrians Arabs as a society of wayward and cowardly wamps. Those middlemen wanted the Syrian government to behave as muscleman or hound of the rapacious European Reality TV Moghuls and wanted to hijack Syrian law-enforcement for brow beating the Syrian public and foisting sleaze upon it. When those emissaries were thrown out of Syria (they fully deserved death penalty instead), their sponsors in Europe vowed revenge and did an ISIS upon Syria, in which some Uieghur desperadoes went so far as stuffing smouldering embers inside the spliced abdomens of Syrian ladies in order to punish the latter for having ignored diktats to get their sons quit government jobs.

IronK's avatar

It doesn't sound so positive.

It's just that what would Turkey gain from being involved like that in Syria and through ISIS getting 5 million Syrian refugees where many of them could infiltrate and cause damage from within Turkey?

We know Turkey is infected. I mean after the Khazarian Jewish Turkish case in southwest Russia and Ukraine and then suddenly you have a strong Muslim army in the Ottomans.

You are more knowledgeable than me, but with all the knowledge of that area I can say that those little Arabs with the CIA cannot create confusion in such a way that it would cause damage.

Kurds would never ever fight side by side with Turks against Russians. There are none. Many other countries with Turkish language it is not a given that they prefer Turkey because they speak the same language.

The Holy Quran has warned of the fickleness of faith and trecherosity in belief ensconced in the heart of the Bedouin as a vestige of proclivities grounded in the Age of Jahelia. It is because such Arabs have no nervous system that outside powers shy away at all times from intervening to help them in times of their need, because 99 times out of 100 these self-centred idiots will gang up with their tormentors against their benefactor once the sly tormentor has pressed their soft spot or brandished some other Trump card.

As for the Jordanian dynasty which claims Hashemite descent, Islam is very clear in that it bestows no idolatrous sanctity upon any man or woman belonging to any clan be it Hashemite or Magnetite or Ferrite or Hematite. Individuals are judged by Allah solely on their merits and their sins cannot be mitigated by their status, wealth, influence or familial connections. Moreover, by some accounts the Hussein family of Jordan has had Sephardic ancestry from merchants who were influential in the Ottoman Court at Istanbul because of their global connections. In the twentieth century, much Swedish, Teutonic, Anglo-Saxon and Jutish blood has adorned that family lineage, so the whole fuss about "Hashemite" lineage with its egregious hallowedness is a big joke.

IronK's avatar

It's nice that you have experience with the Koran.

There are many warnings there, what you describe is one.

I have read that inclination in their faith in the Koran in a few places. Considering that they are believers, they don't think they are committing a wrong.

Since their megalomania, regardless of whether they have Semitic blood (which Arabs have) or not, they don't think they are committing a crime.

If their source of life is only the Koran, they have their own interpreted special Koran only for those who are written differently.

May God punish everyone who makes people suffer with endless suffering.

You are absolutely right about Jordan, they are the offspring that mother earth does not have high on the list. They certainly have a Sephardic abscess in all likelihood.

They tried to give Iraq several Jordanian kings and made it the kingdom with "Hashimite blood" after World War II, but the Iraqis hung in a noose one by one.

They wanted to do to Iraq what they did to Jordan.

Kuwait, whose oil belongs to Iraq, they betrayed their bloodline and allowed themselves as a people to become their own state with the help of the United States.

Therefore, the majority in Kuwait live with obesity problems (look it up if you think I'm exaggerating), . God does not miss a single injustice.

Pramod's avatar

Until some years ago one of the scions of Jordanian Royal Family used the title, Prince of Iraq, in nostalgia for the days when this family had ruled over Iraq as appointees of the British Crown. It was only after this man got appointed to a ceremonial United Nations Post that he relinquished his grandiose title, not out of sudden admission of Iraqi sovereignty, but only because UN service rules require office bearers not to sport grandiose titles. Autocratic Jordanian Royals have scant respect for the sovereignty of Iraq and for its democratic form of government. The pseudo-Hashemite lackeys of Britain who were executed by hanging by the Iraqi people rightly deserved their fate.

Anwar Pasha had once toyed with the idea of opening the tomb of Salahuddin Ayubi.

People such as the Hashemites and Anwar are not what they seem to many casual observers from the outside.

Many Khazars from Kharkov (Sharukhan) and Western Caspian took up GokTurk disguise after making it to Trabizond.

Another factor to consider is that U.S. Congressman Thomas Massie introduced legislation for the United States to end its NATO membership: https://x.com/RepThomasMassie/status/1998526052243746978. Hypothetically, without U.S. involvement in NATO, it would probably break up. Turkey would continue its goal to revive its Ottoman Caliphate and pose a challenge to Russian and American interests.

Andrew Korybko's avatar

I don't like Massie since he's a grandstander even if I sometimes agree with some of his rhetoric. Trump also detests him so I don't expect the administration to support any legislation that he introduces out of principle.

In any case, the US isn't considering withdrawing from NATO, it just wants to recalibrate the US' relations with the bloc as a whole and perhaps certain members in particular if they become "unrecognizable" in the next few decades like the National Security Strategy warns might happen to some of them.

What I foresee happening is the US reaffirming its commitment to Article 5 in the political fantasy that Russia threatens, attacks, or invades NATO all while gradually redeploying some of its forces from Europe to the Western Hemisphere and Asia.
