Kiev’s Representative To The Vatican Just Vilely Justified Darya Dugina’s Assassination
His thought process is indistinguishable from ISIS’ and other terrorist groups’, which also claim that those who they consider to be their ideological enemies supposedly deserve to die, including in the most violent ways.
Kiev has been falling out of favor with the Western public for the past few weeks ever since Mainstream Media (MSM) suddenly began reporting about that fascist regime’s many unsavory aspects, led by the likes of influential outlets such as CBS News, CNN, and The Guardian. Furthermore, the Zelenskys’ earlier Vogue photoshoot left a very sour taste in many folks’ mouths after they began wondering whether their hard-earned taxes are at the very least partially funding his family’s lavish lifestyle. The latest development in this negative soft power trend just came after Kiev’s representative to the Vatican vilely justified Darya Dugina’s assassination following Pope Francis’ public condolences over her death.
The Catholic leader had said that “I think of that poor girl blown up by a bomb under her car seat in Moscow. The innocent pay for war. The innocent! Let us think about this reality and say to each other: War is madness.” That in turn triggered Andrey Yurash into tweeting that “Today’s speech ofPope was disappointing& made me think about many things: can’t speak inSame categories aboutАggressor &Victim, Rapist and Raped; howPossible To Mention 1of ideologists of🇷🇺ImperialismAs innocent victim? She wasKilledBy russiansAsSacredVictim &isNowOn Shield ofWar”. Simply put, Yurash believes that he’s proverbially “holier than the pope”, which is his right of course but is still very offensive.
Many in the West, even those that don’t ascribe to any religious beliefs, generally have a positive perception of the Catholic leader. This is especially the case with Francis, who’s regarded as left-leaning by critics and supporters alike. Russia and especially the Dugin family, by contrast, have been misportrayed as so-called “far-right”. Considering this, the Pope’s public condolences over the dastardly terrorist attack that viciously ended Darya’s life is particularly significant in the soft power sense since he's reaffirming the fact that she was indeed an innocent victim who didn’t deserve to die, let alone for her patriotic beliefs that have wrongly been described as “genocidal” by some Western influencers.
Yurash, on the other hand, very strongly implied that someone’s political views (or the false perception thereof as in this tragic case) can supposedly justify condemning them to death in the most atrocious ways possible such as blowing them up with a car bomb like what just happened to Darya. His opinion can objectively be described as fascist hate speech but is par for the course when it comes to Kiev’s representatives and their supporters abroad, including those in Western society who’ve been radicalized by the MSM’s incessant anti-Russian propaganda campaign. The vast majority of folks, however, will predictably react with disgust after what he just wrote, and rightfully so.
This can in turn further decrease their already declining support for Kiev, which thus works against that regime’s soft power interests and those of its Western state sponsors. After all, his thought process is indistinguishable from ISIS’ and other terrorist groups’, which also claim that those who they consider to be their ideological enemies supposedly deserve to die, including in the most violent ways. It was already bad enough that the Ukrainian Ambassador to Kazakhstan was just chewed out by his hosts for inciting ethnic hatred after shamelessly bragging about how his side literally wants “to kill as many [Russians] as possible”, and now Kiev’s representative to the Vatican acted “holier than the Pope”.
Not only did he just behave in such an arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful way, but he did so in order to justify an innocent journalist’s assassination, which goes against everything that all decent people – whether Catholic or not – stand for. That’s bound to offend tens of millions of people in the West, especially those who look to the Pope for spiritual guidance or at the very least respect his positive intentions despite disagreeing with him on certain issues. Yurash crossed the red line, from which there’s no coming back. His fascist regime’s mask just slipped and everyone who witnessed its truly despicable face won’t ever forget what they saw.
