Laozi thought the best international relationship is no relationship, no exchange, no trade, no contact, no response. Sounds really bad to modern ears, but it is a simple strategy for human beings as a species to survive, much like how watertight compartments enable a ship to survive.

"Poland as European NATO’s vanguard state for containing Russia in the new “cordon sanitaire” that’s been formed around it over the past year as a result of Trump 2.0’s Neo-Reagan Doctrine." Words here indicate that there is the perception that Russia is in an expansionist move and would maybe want to reach the Atlantic coast. "Containing" carries to much weight. It should be treated as the projection of febrile minds. Since 1990s, only NATO has been expanding, as far as I can see, with the US bases and potentially nukes on trail of that. I think any discussion about "containing" Russia should have a note about Russian proposals for a new security architecture in line with Astana and Istanbul OSCE signed documents (no increase security for one that decreases security of another, security for all) and the expansion of NATO. Shouldn't we talk about containing NATO, who now wants to reach Armenia, Azerbaidjan and Central Asian States?
