There exists no such thing as and independent German government. What is called "the German government" is nothing but the governor of the German province of the US empire. * The Polish-Bolshevik War is portrayed as an Entente-ordered invasion even though the Entente didn't provide any support for Poland except minimal arms almost right before summer 1920's Battle of Warsaw (and communist British dockworkers, the Germans, and Czechs obstructed even these minimal shipments) amidst the Red Army's full-scale invasion deep into indisputably Polish territory and the Brits desperately proposed the (in)famous Curzon Line ceding Poland's Eastern Borderlands to Moscow as a last-ditch effort to avert the coming battle that they expected the Poles to lose
* There's no mention of the Battle of Warsaw either, just casual claims that "the front was pushed back eastward" after reaching Warsaw
* The Warsaw Uprising wasn't an anti-Nazi gambit, but a failed Russophobic coup which the USSR paradoxically also provided material support for (none of that is true by the way)
* The Red Army saved Germans from "cruel" Poles after the war (it was actually Stalin's idea for Poland to receive former German territory after the war on the pretext of compensation for its lost eastern borderlands)

With respect, Herman, I'm not Germanophobic in the least since I'm actually part Germanic and fiercely proud of it. My maternal grandparents who raised me are Gottscheer WWII refugees from what's nowadays Slovenia.
Our community is one of the few that were victims of both the Nazis and the Allies; the first coerced us to leave our historical homeland that we inhabited for around 600 years under pain of not being defended from Partisan attacks after Hitler ceded Gottschee to Mussolini as part of a deal; and the second due to these same Partisans wanting to kill us purely on the basis of our Germanic identity despite us assimilating and integrating into the sea of Slavs surrounding us (my grandfather was half-Slovenia and was from Ljubljana).
Moreover, my grandfather's sister was separated from them when they fled Ljubljana shortly after the war in response to the "Anti-Fascist Council for the National Liberation of Yugoslavia's" anti-German decree placing collectively responsibility for the war on all ethnic Germans, including us Gottscheers (we're a unique Germanic subgroup, not German, and actually became closer to Austrians over the centuries, which is why Austria accepted my Gottscheer grandparents as refugees).

There exists no such thing as and independent German government. What is called "the German government" is nothing but the governor of the German province of the US empire. They didn't even protest when the Nord Stream pipeline was sabotaged by their masters. One of the means to keep the Germans mentally enslaved are these horror stories about WWII. Some of them may be true, others not.
I repeat that the only way to find the truth about all these narratives is to organize an international trial about WWII, where evidence must be provided and the crimes of both sides are investigated. Then we will see. Honest people shouldn't be afraid of such a trial.

Ponsonby was a member of the British Parliament, and apparently one of the few honest ones. His book is about the horror stories the British launched during the war about presumed German crimes. For instance: they claimed that the Germans chopped off the hands of little Belgian children. How many noble-souled British soldiers gave their lives in the belief that they were fighting monsters who did such horrible things? Afer the war, needless to say, not a single Belgian child with chopped-off hands was found.
Or shall I mention the WWI narrative about the Germans turning the bodies of their own fallen soldiers into soap in giant factories? The story was such a succes that it was repeated after WWII, with the Jews as victims this time. The narrative hold for some decades and then it was quietly memory holed. Skipping over the usual political bickering, it's worth noticing that the Greater Poland Uprising was the most successful uprising in Poland's modern history. Unfortunately, the other failed, bloody and senseless uprisings are more eminent in Polish art and culture. Hopefully, with time, Greater Poland Uprising will be elevated to its due place.

Don't worry, it's understandable, since Central European history tends to be taught according to either the German or Russian schools, which predictably distort a lot of things about Polish history.
There was an outdoor exhibition last fall here in Moscow about "Ten Centuries Of Polish Russophobia" and it was surreal to real all the placards. It was truly an alternative reality, obviously created deliberately.
That's not to say that some of Poland's policies across the centuries couldn't plausibly be construed as Russophobic, whether in the political or ethno-national sense, but just that they twisted so much to make it seem like this is the only idea that's ever guided Poland's eastern policy.
It was truly shocking even though I expected something like this, I just didn't anticipate that it would be so blatant for someone who knows at least the basic objective facts of Russian-Polish history. I think that going overboard like the organizers did risks discrediting Russia and sowing distrust of other claims that it makes.
Here are some of the absurd claims that the exhibition made:
* Anders' Army "betrayed" the USSR and Poland itself (!!!) by leaving to fight with the Western Allies (the truth is that they were allowed by Stalin to leave)
* Katyn is described as a Nazi war crime even though the USSR later admitted to it and Putin shared his opinion that Stalin did it in part as revenge for the Bolshevik's loss in their 1919-1920 war with Poland in which he played an important role in the field on his side
* The Polish-Bolshevik War is portrayed as an Entente-ordered invasion even though the Entente didn't provide any support for Poland except minimal arms almost right before summer 1920's Battle of Warsaw (and communist British dockworkers, the Germans, and Czechs obstructed even these minimal shipments) amidst the Red Army's full-scale invasion deep into indisputably Polish territory and the Brits desperately proposed the (in)famous Curzon Line ceding Poland's Eastern Borderlands to Moscow as a last-ditch effort to avert the coming battle that they expected the Poles to lose
* There's no mention of the Battle of Warsaw either, just casual claims that "the front was pushed back eastward" after reaching Warsaw
* The Warsaw Uprising wasn't an anti-Nazi gambit, but a failed Russophobic coup which the USSR paradoxically also provided material support for (none of that is true by the way)
* The Red Army saved Germans from "cruel" Poles after the war (it was actually Stalin's idea for Poland to receive former German territory after the war on the pretext of compensation for its lost eastern borderlands)
* The famous Battle of Grunwald was won because of ethnic Russian troops (the East Slavic members of the Polish-Lithuanian Union that fought there were centuries away from developing a "national consciousness" as Russians and the core of the Union's soldiery were szlatchta [soldier-nobles] who were obligated to fight in exchange for their privileges)
* Poles supposedly didn't want independence during World War I, they only wanted autonomy within the Russian Empire, and it was only the Russophobic Jozef Pilsudski who conspired to revive independent Poland
* Accordingly, what emerged after WWI wasn’t an independent Poland, but a Russophobic German puppet state (they don’t explain why Poles rose up in Greater Poland and Silesia though if that was the case)
* The interwar Second Polish Republic is described as an “evil”, “colonizing”, “mini-empire” responsible for the OUN’s rise (thereby tacitly implying that the OUN has legitimate origins despite now being banned by Russia as a terrorist organization about whom no positive claims are allowed on pain of legal prosecution for supporting, justifying, etc. such an illegal group)
* It's also strongly implied that interwar Poland was just as bad as the Nazis
Actually, Poland won its independence through a bit of luck, careful maneuvering during WWI, and the will of the Polish people, the UK and others only recognized the ground reality after it was already created.
They did indeed envisage an independent Poland after the war, but its borders were determined by the Poles themselves through the Greater Poland Uprising, the Silesian Uprisings, the Polish-Bolshevik War, "Zeligowsky's Mutiny", and two plebiscites over minor areas.
Poland also obviously did not want to be invaded and didn't coordinate that or anything else, such as the tiny part of Czechoslovakia that it returned to Poland after Munich and which was taken by the Czechs during the Polish-Ukrainian War.
These are all objectively existing, easily verifiable, and therefore indisputable facts, they're not "confused Zionist and globalist nonsense".

Placing Poland on a collision course with Germany and Russia at the same time is a dangerous project. Correct, I'm using Germany as a metonym for referring to its elites, who play leading roles in the EU that their country de facto leads.
Without the EU's acquiescence, Soros would never have been able to run his "NGO' network for facilitating the influx of civilizationally dissimilar migrants.
Likewise, it was Merkel who infamously encouraged them too to travel to Germany in 2015, which immensely exacerbated the issue.

With respect, Herman, I'm not Germanophobic in the least since I'm actually part Germanic and fiercely proud of it. My maternal grandparents who raised me are Gottscheer WWII refugees from what's nowadays Slovenia.
Our community is one of the few that were victims of both the Nazis and the Allies; the first coerced us to leave our historical homeland that we inhabited for around 600 years under pain of not being defended from Partisan attacks after Hitler ceded Gottschee to Mussolini as part of a deal; and the second due to these same Partisans wanting to kill us purely on the basis of our Germanic identity despite us assimilating and integrating into the sea of Slavs surrounding us (my grandfather was half-Slovenia and was from Ljubljana).
Moreover, my grandfather's sister was separated from them when they fled Ljubljana shortly after the war in response to the "Anti-Fascist Council for the National Liberation of Yugoslavia's" anti-German decree placing collectively responsibility for the war on all ethnic Germans, including us Gottscheers (we're a unique Germanic subgroup, not German, and actually became closer to Austrians over the centuries, which is why Austria accepted my Gottscheer grandparents as refugees).
Other Gottscheer refugees later told them that they saw her corpse by a river along with many others who were killed by the Partisans. Therefore, since a relative of mine was killed purely on the basis of our Germanic identity, not to mention how my grandparents were ethnically cleansed for the same reason, I could never in my life be Germanophobic, but I don't let my Germanic identity as a Gottscheer prohibit me from criticizing modern-day Germany's policies.
In fact, I even go as far as attributing my God-given success in life (for which I thank Him nightly) to my strict, focused, and disciplined upbringing by my Gottscheer Opa and especially my Oma.
It's for this reason why parts of Russia were and still to an extent are such a "cultural shock" to me due to how lackadaisical and even, in my personal opinion, irresponsible bureaucrats can be (I have lots of experience engaging with various state structures here having graduated from the MFA-run MGIMO and having worked at Sputnik for half a decade).

The overall objective appears to be artificially diluting the national fabric for the purpose of more easily dividing and ruling countries. People with historical roots to a country tend to feel stronger about it, unless they've been brainwashed with liberal-globalism, than those who come there as economic migrants and have nothing in common with the local population.
What's happening now has its roots in the post-WWII period when Germany was turned into a laboratory for testing and perfecting this approach. Nationalism was associated in whole with Nazism, the population was made to feel guilty for being proud of what they are and their ancestors accomplished, and demographics began to be engineered through the growing number of Turkish "guest workers" who came to West Germany.
The Yugoslav Wars led to another influx, albeit of people comparatively less different than Turks, and then we the 2015 Migrant Crisis where some very, very different people flooded into Europe. Between the Yugoslav Wars and then, the EU consolidated its control over member states and succeeded in getting most of them to go along with its "refugee" scheme, but Hungary and Poland were the notable outliers.
Poland, and therefore Poles, also have a history of rebellion, which I believe makes the EU (and the leading German elite therein, though the ruling circles include more than just ethnic Germans, it's just that Germany as a 'post-national' state de facto rules the EU as a whole) very uncomfortable. There won't be any Polish armed rebellion against the EU, but the spirit of resistance must, as I believe these people see it, be broken ASAP.

It´s not the question of identities, military victories or successful uprisings, but of the values one defends or fights for, and “nationalism” is not a value. Why, in a nutshell, is it OK for Kosovo to separate from Serbia, but it´s entirely wrong for Donbas to separate from Ukraine? Why is it all right for the US to invade Iraq, but not Greenland?
