In fact, what Russia says matters nothing to those (many) who hate or despise it in the West. I would like to point out that the most easily identifiable segment of the fiercest Russophobes in the West are unquestionably the Zionists. And the more ultra they are, the more Russophobic they are. Hence my incomprehension of Putin's caresses toward Israel. Let me repeat: what Russia says is of no importance, because they will not listen to it. If they hear it, they will not believe it. And if they believe it, they will still denigrate it with the purest bad faith. On the other hand. On the other hand, what Russia says matters to those who like it and consider it a victim of racism and historical injustice. And here, Russia is screwing up big time. By constantly contradicting—with a sort of hypocritical disdain—what it had been hammering with certainty only a short while ago, it not only fails to soften its detractors, but it is losing its sympathizers and will end up turning them into fierce adversaries—far more dangerous than the NATO fans. Let Russia stop cuddling its enemies and start respecting its sympathizers. Otherwise, it will die alone. Despised by all.

There is a greatrness about Russia that the West tende to dilike. Russia won WWII in Eurpoe by killing 95% of the German/axis troops. The not so great tend to hate the GREAT ones. That is just part of human nature. Let the West suck up their own hatred. No one can deny Russia's greatness. The largest country in the World. Vast reserves of gas, oil, minerals of all kinds.
