I’ll try to explain what happened because it has repeatedly since the start of the SMO. It was almost certainly a Uky air defense missile falling back down onto the city after missing its target. The reason this occurs so frequently throughout Ukraine is due in many cases to where they position them. Typically, to establish an air defense umbrella, you position your assets on the perimeter, around whatever target area you’re defending so that when they launch, they intercept outside the target area, if that makes sense. The Ukrainians have an ugly habit of hiding those things inside their urban areas, to make them impossible for Russia to strike without killing civilians, so when they launch they often attempt intercept directly over cities. If they miss, lose target and run out of fuel they fall straight back down onto places where people live and work. Hiding their air defense assets in civilian areas allows the Ukrainian officials to blame it on the Russians when there is collateral damage, essentially using their own population as human shields.

For the moment, EU & USA politicians are too comfortable, too vain to step down
from their thrones, yet the downfall of their empire has become too blatant. They
