The Sino-Indo rapprochement is still in its infancy, their territorial disputes remain unresolved, and India is under lots of pressure from the US nowadays.
The problem with China-India is that neither side will budge from decades old positions on the (British created) border issue.
The other problem is that China continues to prop up the Pakistanis.
Both of the above are political hot potatoes here. Any leader who can be projected as bending on these issues will be attacked mercilessly by the opposing parties.
There are powerful vested interests in Indian media, academia, corporates and civil services which are compromised by CIA. If you speak to ordinary people minus axes to grind, most Indians are in favour of RIC.
Likewise Chinese support to secessionist movements in India and Pakistan are viewed auspiciously in India.

Russia’s biggest value added export is military equipment…and its biggest overall export is oil and gas. So you want countries to buy American and Russian weapons?? And Biden made America energy dominant by taking Russia’s EU natural gas market share…do you want America to relinquish our energy dominance so Gazprom can return to huge profits in Europe??
Btw, two of the biggest donors to the GOP are defense contractors and oil and gas companies…so Trump was always going to continue Biden’s policies with respect to Ukraine because it serves the interests of two very powerful GOP aligned industries. Tucker Carlson was fired from Fox News because he took Russia’s side which is antithetical to GOP interests and thus antithetical to Rupert Murdoch’s interests.
