To quote from your report:

"...It was already touched upon how the first terrorist attack in Monaco’s history prompted widespread European outrage, ..."

Despite the fact that I daily scan multiple Australian, American, European and Russian news streams this report has not reached me until now. Obviously it is a scandalous matter however has it been censored from international news media?

Yes, very much. And imagine the difference if the assassination target had been a Russian oligarch in Monaco.

Not the first assassination in Monaco, though. In late 1999, Jewish banker Edmond Safra died in his mansion in Monaco in very strange circumstances. Allegedly, he was working with those who had been looting Russia in the 1990s, some of whom later promoted the Magnitsky Act under the guise of humanitarianism.

It is also very possible that the fine lady, the would be executioner, is happily alive tending for cows in a small Ukraine village after a new hair fix and a substantial bonus payment. (A possible duplication of the Epstein saga.) Whatever is the case, Western Nations will view their Ukraine ‘refugees’ with increasing suspicion in the future.

Don't kid yourself. The event will be memory-holed or Russia will be blamed. Somehow.

Can we be sure that she is dead?

Reputational disaster? What reputational disaster?

The Syrian boss, former leader of Al Qaeda and ISIS, is West's best friend now, fer Chrissake. They can eat newborns for breakfast, on video, without any effect on their reputation.
