Historically, Nerherland and Belgium have been the bode of almost all the west european wars between 12th and 20th century. And that because this place has always been the logistic heart of western Europe. And today, they still are the maritime gate of Europe.

That said, it can change. For one reason: all the wars during 8 centuries was made to let this place free and out of the control of a power which can shut the gate.

Today, a war for that seem very unlikely.

But If a big threat appear there's other places which just dream to replace it.

Today, all those places are controlled by USA but...

Barcelona, Marseille, Genova, Livourne, Trieste, Pirée, Istanbul.

It's like the dollar. If you use the dollar as a geopolitical weapon, soon or late, you condemn it as reserve currency.

If you use the European maritime gate as a geopolitical you condemn it as a reliable gate

Netherlands and Belgium has to be very careful. This trade is their blood.

But we know that USA really like to pour the blood of others. And they always find compradores to betray their country.

If you have not noticed, its the europeans who are itching for WWIII (to be fought by Americans).

Just as europeans gave the world WWI and WWII, then called for the Americans to step in.

There are Europeans but it seems that Kagan, Nuland Bolton and all and all the fucking crazy neocon bunch is not really French or German.

It's not European which began this mess in Ukraine. Don't you remember Nuland and her "fuck UE " because European wanted call down Maïdan. Don't you remember Biden laughing on BBC show that he came as Vice-President in Europe to make Merckel and Hollande "shit straight"? Don't you remember that was US military laboratory which was build in Ukraine, not French nor German. Don't you remember that there were thousands US soldiers in Ukraine before the war and three US bases in building?

USA launched this mess and forced European to dive in it and die economically in it.

Please don't change the history.

Kagan et al certainly played a (past) role in this mess, but they are not the ones calling for war right now (nor did they ever call for direct armed conflict, IIRC). That would be the europeans, just itching for the Americans to fight for them. For that matter, Kagan et al have no authority as private citizens.

While the CIA certainly played a role in Euromaidan (interesting choice of name, that, they didn't call it "AmericaMaidan" or anything), it's not as if the various NATO/eu governments were not all on board as well, cheering on the protests.

Hell, had the europeans simply been honest and reminded Ukrainians that eu membership was not and was not proposed to be on offer (a lot of protesters thought differently, and the eu was happy to encourage this delusion), the protests would likely have fizzled out. Of course, none of Merkel, Hollande, and Cameron did any such thing. Quite the opposite.

Nobody seeks to "contain" Russia. They openly seek its destruction.

Looks like a return of tulip mania. And we know how it ended.

l will put a different view : they will play a crucial role in US exploiting europe off of its money, selling "liberated" russian energy and minerals, till we hit 3-rd world status. Russia does not care anymore, as its our own incompetent corrupt politicians work, and "the spice will flow" anyway. And europe wont ditch the calculating uncle, cause its defenestration time, if people in europe wake up to the actual reality.

Fortunately, Col. Douglas MacGregor knows different.

And so do Judge Andrew Napolitano's guests.

And Ron Paul, Peter Schiff, Godfrey Bloom, Alasdair Macleod, and most native Western Europeans by far who hate the globalist occupying forces that hijacked their governments and will celebrate the moment the traitors are vaporised by those most welcomed orèshniks.

Godspeed, Vlad!!😎

I was working in the Antwerp port when the Yugoslavia disaster was brewing. Part of the harbor was cordoned off with containers 3 high, and armed American soldiers were all around it. Luckily they were friendly, but it was still a shock, to see that the country I was then a citizen of, let a foreign one occupy our port. And what had American troops to do with an intern problem in Yugoslavia to begin with? I still don't understand what the whole shebang was about. Of course, Yugulslavia was a non-country built up from different peoples (probably a bit like Ukraine), but I still think no one should interfere with an internal national problem.

Without US participation, these ports are only good for Canada and UK, and maybe Spain and Portugal to send in their forces. How big a deployable force do they have? As long as NATO proper is not attacked, the US is much less likely to send in additional forces, as there is already a significant US military presence in Europe. If Russia makes a retaliatory strike into NATO proper due to some Western provocation, like TAURUS missiles hitting critical targets inside Russia, then US attitude can be more murky.

I wouldn’t be shocked to see Trump attempt to do deals with Putin and Russia. Trump sees Europe for what it is and what he’s trying to destroy. All of Europe is full of WEF globalists and while it seems he’s all in on this proxy war against Russia I doubt he really is and just sees money that is helping US companies as NATO buys their armaments. Trump may be angry at Putin for not stopping the “ special operation” but he still wants to contain China and that’s the grand scheme. However that needs to be done is how it will play out.

America should overlook the attitudes of EEU countries about Russia. Britain/France/Germany/Poland all have invaded Russia and soundedly degeated. At some point in time they were significant, today they do not amount to much. America for your own good make friends with Russia. Russia & America are the powers today so forget about EU counntries.

As long as the police and army obey orders, the elites have nothing to fear.

Besides, they can always cut off dissenters' access to bank accounts. Try to live in europe without any access to money. The dissenters will fold.
