Genuine question : If the Americans walk away, meaning no ISR or AWACS or money, not just a suspension of weapons supplies, do you think the Europeans will tell the Ukrainians to make peace?
Or will they double down, replace Zelensky with an Azov type, and try to get them to increase mobilization at all costs to keep the war going as long as possible?
I am stunned, amazed, and appalled that Putin has not revived what Stalin did with Finland. They called it "Finlandization." Soviet Russia did not occupy Finland in 1944 when its mighty ally, Germany, was going down to defeat, but insisted instead that key Finnish government ministries be Soviet-approved: Defense, Internal Security, Education, etc.

This solution would solve the Ukraine problem -- neither Russian occupation nor Banderaism. It worked fine for both Soviet Russia and for Finland for 45 years!
There will be no peace, only ore destruction death and escalation. It is what the West wants and Russia will fight for it's survival and the survival of Christianity.
Interesting, as always, Andrew. One thing however, the Azov and ultra nationalists have sworn to kill Z if he makes peace. And this bring me back to square one: Russia's goals for the SMO, and resolving the "root causes" of Russia's basic security needs. I just don't see any "peace deal" short of that!
Who knows perhaps Zelenksy will be offered a permanent residence in Florida and flown out of Ukraine. Then someone else will take over and negotiate. I bet Russia will demand the cleansing of all nationalist elements and I wouldn't be surprised if the Russians will hunt these people down even if they hide abroad, just like Mossad did.
Gosh how immensely convenient that all this evidence of corruption adjacent to Zelensky is being "discovered" at exactly the same time as his masters want him to dance to a new tune.
From what I’ve read of the purported ‘peace deal’, it seems to be pretty much what the two sides agreed to in Istanbul back in 2022, plus Ukraine also loses the Donbas.
Hard to imagine Zelenskyy signing up for that, so I guess they’ll have to find someone else.
Some western analysts argue the US is tired of Zelenksy and want to replace him with Zalushny.
with Ukraine's loss on the battlefield, it will earn its independence from Russia and a creation of its own values and history. It could have done that without losing millions of people, but Zelenksy was the wrong leader to pull this one off. I guess the Slavic history has always been one full of tragic and misery.
It surprises me that Ukrainians have tolerated Zelensky and his ilk for so long. Stalin knew hoe to deal this element in his society. He gor rid of them Ukrainianms should have gotten rid of Zelensky a long time ago. he neither Ukrainian or Russian , he is a JEW. And they hate Slavs .

The best solution is to leave Ukraine to Putin, who will rebuild it, and the Ukrainians who fled will voluntarily return to their homeland.
