Let us not fool ourselves. Outside of domestic politics, the CIA does not operate without presidential authority. Of course the US is behind it, even if ti suits Zelensku's plans. India is very foolish to allow US NGOs like NED to operate so freely. Read this little gem - https://www.journalofdemocracy.org/articles/why-indias-democracy-is-dying/

About your last sentence, the fact that Russia warn India don't prove that India hasn't betrayed Russia.

But I don't like this dramatic word "betray".

I don't think that India is a traitor, I just think that India is unable to stand firm in the "wall of shields" with its brothers in arms.

Never forget that the discipline and selflessness of the "wall of shields "is the absolute base of all the western civilisation, from the greek phalanx, to the roman manipule, the german and viking wall, the swiss square, Spanish tercio, Hollander lign of fire. The wall of shields is the strength of west. Russia is reliable. Probably the most reliable shield in a wall.

India, not at all.
