You post is well written but your last two sentences are 100% incorrect. The leftist elites did everything in their power, both legal and illegal, to try and defeat President Trump. He is highly despised by the global elites and the leftists/progressives in particular. They along with their neocon friends are the ones who wanted anyone but Trump to win in order to keep the Russian-Ukrainian war going. American leftists couldn't care less about China, they love communism and the CCP and they certainly do not want to war with them. Kamala was the next Democratic puppet leader the globalists could control (Obama, Biden being the previous two) and now they have zero control over President Trump, hence why they despise him so and most likely will try to take him out, again, at sometime.
