When you shill for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, promoted by entities like the WEF who do NOT have the good of humanity in mind, you're not promoting or supporting a multipolar world but a repackaged version of the current world order, also known as globalism.
As I read it, the intelligentsia are excluded from the ban (degree holders, IT experts, people who can use a foreign language to further governmental messaging)...??? That doesn't seem very fair to less advantaged citizens of the RF.
