Those two and their online supporters, including a surprisingly large number of folks who became famous in the Alt-Media Community for publicly opposing imperialism, are agitating for the US to militarily stop Azerbaijan’s anti-terrorist operation on the false Libyan-like pretext of “preventing genocide”.
By the USA destroying the Taliban regime after 9/11 and then afterwards the regime of Saddam Hussein in Iraq the Americans unwittingly strengthened Iran’s regional position. US attacks upon the Republic of Azerbaijan, another state with hostilities towards Iran, could just strengthen Iran further. The unintended consequences of these interventions seem always to ultimately harm the national interests of the USA.
