Anyway, the Ukraine War is effectively over. The Senate voted down more funding, 51-49, with Bernie Sanders joining Lindsay Graham in voting against money for Ukraine so they can vote FOR funding the Palestinian Genocide. The Speaker of the House won't even let it come up for a vote there, not that it matters since it couldn't even clear the Senate.
Russia has won the war. It's just not official yet.
