It is not necessarily Lula who is promoting this entire agenda, but rather his government base of agents of the empire. For example, Haddad, but it could be understood to include several other political figures directly linked to the interests of the Open Society Foundation, the British Crown, and the IMF agenda. Haddad was one of the main agents of the privatization of public higher education. Now they are trying to move into basic education, which is one of the busiest areas in terms of labor in Brazil.
