If there is no solid assurance, Kiev should be controlled by Russia. Plus at least a 100-km wide safety belt on the west back of Dnieper. The whole war was not supposed to happen without the imperialism of the West. By now, I think Russian leaders cannot insist much on protecting the historical artifacts of the Kievan Rus. It is the two remaining brothers who have to take priority over Kievan Rus.
