I was aware of this (him) but not of "...a comprehensive explanation of the New Cold War that everyone would do well to read at the official Kremlin website here.". Thanks to your timely reminder I shall make renewed effort, come hell or high water, to pay due attention to this work, by hook or by crook, to familiarise myself, one way or another, with the latest thinking. I'll try, anyway.
