It blows my mind that the US routinely appoints ambassadors with no knowledge of the country they're appointed to mediate with. Obama's Russia ambassador McFaul was so stupid that he bragged on Twitter about not knowing Russian.

Wolfowitz Doctrine IS the problem. India wants to be a peer, and USA policy is to weaken, if not destroy, any nation before it can become a peer.
