"...a military professor in the NATO..."

"Say no more!" as Monty Python once said, 'A military professor, NATO, know what I mean? Nudge, nudge, wink, wink; say no more!'

"He has the right to feel that way..."

Yeah, feeling are wonderful things. Everybody should have them. But foreign policy and the lives it can cost when feelings, like exceptionalism and entitlement, are allowed to surface and predominate, like they did when Victoria Nuland et al. felt they just knew the Ukraine needed them... Not good.

Somebody should ask this guy to read up on how the conflict in the Ukraine started. He could made a good start by spending a few hours in your archives, Global Research (globalresearch.ca) could be helpful. It's all out there, just a little bit of effort should make a big difference.

"...via Sri Lanka..."

So, of course, this guy's feelings are strong enough for him to KNOW.

Ho-hum... [yawn]. A Nuland in the making: welcome to the MoronMcCain Club!

As Pink Floyd asked, "Did they expect us to treat them with any respect?"

(Roger Waters, actually; great vocals, crap album. Gilmore was good on it, though: 'Not Now, John'.

And 'Two Suns in the Sunset'... "As the windshield melts and my tears evaporate..." No, it was a good album.)

"So acute is this danger, Mendis believes, that it should prompt Delhi to abandon..."

Yeah, obviously a really level-headed guy, just the sort of man for a job in a swamp.

"He's convinced..."

What more could you want?

"His scenario forecast is flimsy..."

Well, yeah, maybe, but he's got really strong feelings AND he was born there, so he MUST know.

Zelensky, after all, is jewish (without the big J).

"Fact-checking..."

But don't forget the feelings. Exceptional people just KNOW.

"...reflections of its foreign policy as they objectively exist."

What's that got to do with it?

"Both analytical shortcomings are likely attributable to his personal interest in this subject..."

NO! How dare you?!

John McCain was really shot down and tortured and it was all the chinky-eyes' fault!

"...he’d hope diplomats might pick up..."

And remember who's worthy of a job in the swamp.

"...no matter how much they might dupe some Westerners."

Fingers crossed!

The wind certainly does seem to be in our sails, though. May it pick up to blow away the cobwebs binding us to the dangerously outdated 'globalised-in-our-image' hegemon's world, and into a multipolar future.
