Elon Musk had turned a blind eye to Kiev’s exploitation of his services for long enough, with it appearing in hindsight that the final straw that forced his hand was being targeted by the SBU’s fascist troll network. They evidently thought that they could intimidate him into self-censoring or changing his pragmatic stance towards the Ukrainian Conflict by viciously attacking him on his own platform, including through the thuggish conveying of innumerable death threats against him, only for this to dramatically backfire at the worst moment imaginable for Kiev.
Those NAFO trolls sure are dumb. While this move is good, and Musk is better than most US oligarchs he still it's an oligarch. He's allowed Ukraine to use starlink for this long and he openly supported a US coup in Bolivia in 2019.
Like Trump, Musk is, regardless of his military ties, a business man. Business men do not view war as a good thing for business overall. He does not make weapons, Starlink can thrive elsewhere and better.

In my opinion, Musk is a psychopath... I believe that his attitude is because he is not earning the money he expected, with the conflict in Ukraine. Or because he could lose a lot, with a "star wars"-Russia sending space equipment to destroy his satellites.
There is a convo on twitter between him and Medvedev. It suggested they had had some previous discourse and were on friendly terms. Med asks him to shut down that Starlink after he congratulated him on buying Twitter, but noted the battles with the Woke.
So many videos have turned up on Twitter, of Russian soldiers, alone, trying to escape thru trenches, being targeted and blown up by drones. Very sad. I had read with Starlink, they were able to navigate the drones to targets somehow. I know Elon does not read my posts, but I mentioned this over the months and also pressed him about his military contractor status.
Same with Kadyrov earlier, about Mid March -- seems they has a friendly dialog online.
