Not in the long term. Sure, working out who was paid by whom to put a timely end to colour revolution is inconvenient but that's what grown-up states do, and India is one of them.
And ultimately, the further they can get away from the rotting roots, which grew out of colonialism and still engender an element of control by those who seeded them, the better.
