Not very well thought out article, considering that Germany is one of the biggest economic losers currently due to the western hybrid war with Russia, with the biggest GDP drop in the EU.

Additionally, German GDP growth in modern days is one of the lowest both internationally and within Europe. That is, Germany is in relative decline against almost all countries in Europe.

German military power in Europe will not increase in relative terms because that 2 % military spending increase comes from a declining german economic share within Europe.

GDP dynamics point to increased Eastern European influence in Europe, and a decline of the stagnant western part of it, for example the Czech Republic recently overtook Italy in GDP per capita, and these trends are poised to continue in the future as per the vast majority of economic forecasters.

A great article! This piece just show us that the Global South must resort only to ourselves in the pursuit of a rising multipolar world.
