Exactly what are the sanctions that impede Russia's agricultural exports? Some of US government spokesmen claimed that the sanctions on Russia do not cover agriculture. (I think it was Sullivan but I could be misremembering.) Could you link to where the sanctions are spelled out - perhaps on the US government website?

Russia is the most heavily sanctioned country on this little planet (xcept for Iran, maybe) but refuses to care.
