More to the point, the deal shows that Serbia is in fact providing munitions to Ukraine.

They must be running out of colours at this point. There's only seven of them, unless they start using compound colours, like mauve, chartreuse or maroon.

What is often forgotten today, or rather unknown in the West, is the fact that Yugoslavia, whose legal successor is Serbia, was not really socialist before 1990. Tito the then Yugoslav head of government could not really deal with Stalin and his successors. Therefore, here in the GDR was always Euro-socialist after the French model or Titoism is known. In 1951 there was also a military agreement between Yugoslavia and the USA. In my opinion, these processes of the period between 1945 and the end of the 50s are too often undermined today, but still have a high place in Serbian politics. With the attack of NATO against Yugoslavia at the end of the 90s, the West, especially the USA, played a trump card recklessly

I think Orban is pro-Hungary, but I cannot tell whether Vucic is pro-Serbia or pro-West. Maybe Serbia as a whole have drifted too far away to be considered as "Southern Slav" ? However, without a reliable natural gas pipeline, it would be hard for Hungary or Serbia to stay truly independent.

Vucic is walking a tightrope. He wants to be pro-west, but a substantial number of his citizens will not stand for it. At the same time, the West has a lot of pressure points and is not adverse to using them.
