Russia is unlikely to react to what the Somalian President just said such as by publicly protesting or suspending its free wheat shipments, but it’ll certainly do its best to discover who put him up to condemning its actions in Eastern Europe and fearmongering about Wagner in Africa while speaking at an event last week in Italy.
