Apparent glossary: Conservative =pro-Russia in the Russia/NATO proxy war in Ukraine; Liberal = pro-Ukraine. Favorable effect on the outcome of elections = pro-Russia; Unfavorable = pro-Ukraine. Is this accurate on my part to make these assumptions from the above text?
I wouldn't describe conservatives as "pro-Russia", just pragmatic and putting their own national interests before the EU's, the Collective West's, or the US', while the liberals have the opposite approach.
As for the potential outcomes, a conservative victory wouldn't automatically be "pro-Russian" even though their opponents will spin it that way, but a liberal one would definitely be pro-Ukraine/-proxy war.
