You have a wrong notion of US. It doesn't relent.USA doesn't want india to be another china for sure and it will contain all three countries like in 1949-1971.

I didn't mean to imply that it would relent in whole, only in part, and even that would be for optimizing its hegemonic goals since they're ineffectively implemented by demanding full compliance with all of its demands.

I hyperlinked to my recent analysis of Trump's reported plans for NATO as an example of how this could look. In the Indian context, there could be less meddling, but the intent would still be to control India's rise.

The US also cannot simultaneously contain Russia, India, and China, which is why it's exploring different ways of sharing the burden in this regard among its allies/partners/vassals. The past two years prove that the existing policy has been fruitless.

"Deals with the Devils" is a distinct possibility. Rumors from China suggest that Xi may have lost power or at least was forced to have a couple of major policy changes. Hints so far suggest (1) stop the left leaning Mao's style economic policies (2) lower tensions with US (3) minimize trade war impacts (4) real neutrality in the Ukraine war. Rumor has it China will attend the next movie festival in Ukraine. However, I don't see Russia surprised as hints from earlier joint communique and Putin's tornado visits to China's neighbor suggest Russians had long smelled a change.

It is believed that the visit of Vietnam's new 4-in-1 leader to Beijing is meant to be the final probe, and not just for Xi's health but more importantly for the real intention of the "deep state" inside China (oh yeah, there is such a thing, and perhaps in many other countries as well) The children and personal wealth are mostly inside USA or its European vassals. Therefore, the tilting back is likely to happen. Russia needs prepare to suspend military technology transfer, including the Ukraine war experience.

"...the liberal-globalist faction’s pernicious influence..."

Is the primary challenge for all humanity and the entire world.

But, fortunately, not for much longer.
