Another excellent analysis, Andrew. Important to name the USA in all instances whether overt or covert. It is a country that has been taken over by evil forces. There is no other explanation for what it has been doing, including the Corona bioweapon it imposed on humanity. This is a global war of good against evil.

Although the military conflicts in Southern Ossetia and Abkhazia were short, the conflict was sharp enough. While Georgia now has an unusual leader, a foreign agents act does not really buy much protection from outside interference. As always, Color Revolution is possible only when some natives succumbed to western influence or bribery. So the largest weakness is always within. Even if Georgian Dream leader apologized, the two defected regions would definitely have doubts. If Russians put any pressure on them, they would feel doubly betrayed. Given the circumstances, the Georgian government and people have to show some sincerity, such as opening up borders, helping with trade flows, and giving the people in these two separated areas same rights as Georgian citizens in every aspect, except in national elections, for multiple years, before attempting a referendum. One bow is far from enough.

"...former President Mikhail Saakashvili provoked [the war] at the US’ behest..."

But the world's (apparently) first chest-thumpingly proud silverback woman of mixed race to hold an exceptionally important foreign minister's post, ("...51% African, 40% European, and 9% Asian or Native American genetic descent, while her mtDNA is traced back to the Tikar people of Cameroon." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condoleezza_Rice) proudly trumpeted she had NOT unduly encouraged Mr Saakashvili, neither to invade, nor to eat his tie. Hey, who knows, sometimes they DO tell the truth. I remember seeing a clip of her on YouTube swearing something to that effect. I think it was about her NOT encouraging the invasion. In any case, в каждой шутке — доля правды; there's some truth in it somewhere, either about the tie or the invasion.
