Many more than what? Two? So far, there are only two sites recently approved in Ostrówki and Wola Ostrowiecka. There are over 500 remaining sites. I will take Zelenskiy's word seriously when exhumations number will get close to the ones given to Wehrmacht soldiers.

Is he doing all this to ingratiate himself with the Azovs?

Given his background it’s hard to imagine he has any real sympathy for the culprits, or their present day equivalents.
